I will build a mansion / beach house / office in Metaverse using Horizon Worlds. Your mansion will be based on my template which you can see in the attached video, and which you can experience at https://oculus.com/vr/7008803789190137/

Furniture, flowers, snacks, drinks, chandeliers, sun, moon, clouds, islands, trees, etc. are NOT included in the packages. However, they are available as add-ons.
Keypad code will be changed to your 4 digits. Max player count is 12 with all features as seen in the video. You can up the player count by deleting furniture, props, etc.
You may NOT under any circumstance:
Sublicense, resell, share, transfer or otherwise redistribute the item or element/part of it (e.g. as stock, in a tool, app or template, with source files, and/or to incorporate into end product. See FAQ.
