I will make a simple,small 2D game in a platformer or top down style.

the game can be played as windows or browser game(as per your request), and you can use the game anywhere you want since the asserts used are completely copyright free

As for the mobile game, i will make a simple game in platformer or RPG or top-down genre and provide you with an apk file which you can upload to any webite or store
